HOW TO SEE THE DOCTOR

APPOINTMENTS

Telephone 01793 762 218 between the hours of 8.30am - 6.15pm, Monday to Friday. Or call in at the surgery during those hours. Please make it clear if your problem needs urgent attention, we request that making routine enquiries and non-urgent appointments is left till after 11.30am. Each appointment is for one person only. Please ask for a longer appointment if you need more time. Please do not call before 8.30am for routine matters, as calls are diverted to an answering service and you will have to call again once the surgery opens.

BRANCH SURGERY APPOINTMENT TIMES

We run an appointment system.

Please telephone 01793 721 254 between 2.45pm and 6.15pm Mondays, 3.00pm and 6.30pm Wednesdays and between 9.00am and 12.15pm Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Or you can call at the surgery during the hours stated.

EMERGENCIES

After 6.30pm weekdays and at weekends & bank holidays for the out of hours service please telephone 01793 762 218 and you call will be forwarded or call directly on 01793 541111. Please call the Doctor for urgent matters only.

HOME VISITS

If you are too ill to come to the surgery, please request a Home Visit before 11.00am as this enables the Doctors to plan their rounds. Urgent calls received after 11.00am will be dealt with by the Duty Doctor.

REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS

If your Doctor agrees, repeat prescriptions may be requested at reception giving at least 48 hours' notice, or you may post your request along with a stamped addressed envelope. No repeat prescriptions will be accepted over the telephone as mistakes may occur. Please use your repeat prescription form if you have one.

TEACHING

Medical Students and Nurses in training occasionally visit the Practice.
