Telephone 01793 762 218 between the hours of 8.30am - 6.15pm, Monday to Friday. Or call in at the surgery during those hours. Please make it clear if your problem needs urgent attention, we request that making routine enquiries and non-urgent appointments is left till after 11.30am.

Each appointment is for one person only. Please ask for a longer appointment if you need more time. Please do not call before 8.30am for routine matters, as calls are diverted to an answering service and you will have to call again once the surgery opens.

Branch Surgery Appointment Times

We run an appointment system.

Please telephone 01793 721 254 between 2.45pm and 6.15pm Mondays, 3.00pm and 6.30pm Wednesdays and between 9.00am and 12.15pm Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Or you can call at the surgery during the hours stated.

Emergencies

Important - For Emergencies you should attend the Accident & Emergency Department of your local hospital or dial 999: an emergency is a critical or life-threatening situation, and includes things like: chest pain or suspected heart attack, head injury, severe loss of blood, severe breathing difficulties, loss of consciousness, deep wounds, suspected broken bones.

Choose & Book

The practice is working hard to implement the government’s new “Choose & Book” scheme for hospital referrals. At present NONE of the services are directly bookable on-line & you will need to phone the chosen hospital to arrange your appointment. Please bear with us if there are “teething problems”.
